Jembi/UEM-Moasis Participates at Mozambique’s National Job Fair
Jembi/UEM-mOASIS participated at Mozambique’s national Job Fair promoted by the National Institute for Employment and Professional Training.
Maputo, Mozambique – June 2019 – As a partner of the National Institute of Employment, Jembi/UEM-Moasis was invited to showcase and present its projects at the National Job Fair on the 13th of June. The aim of the Job fair was to present several organizations, companies and institutions that have an impact on Mozambican society and provide job oppor tunities to the local workforce.
The fair, which was attended by the President of Mozambique His Excellency Filipe Jacinto Nyusi, also sought to connect employment seekers to job opportunities. The fair was also attended by students and professionals who learnt more about available vacancies and the Jembi/UEM-Moasis’ internship program, which has had 20 interns of which 5 were employed on a full-time basis after successfully finishing the program.
The Jembi/UEM-Moasis stand was represented by 6 of its staff who briefly demonstrated some of the projects and new technologies to the President of Mozambique. Jembi/UEM-Moasis is currently the reference organization in the realm of information systems for the health, social welfare and justice sectors in Mozambique and is made up of local specialized staff who are consistently trained to ensure project longevity and sustainability.
