- Develop Rapid Assessment tool (RAT) developed to assess each HF: Simple and quick tool to assess existing conditions in the HF;
- Rapid Assessment work plan for all 52 HF
- Acquire credentials from MISAU for Assessments
- Perform Rapid Assessment in all 52HF
