José da Natividade Silva has a National Diploma in Technology and Information Systems from the University of Saint Thomas in Mozambique. As a locally appointed IT technician within the Cabo Delgado Province,He is tasked with performing regular maintenance of the IT infrastructure, hardware and software at the province, district and health facility, related with the MISAU and MOASIS health information systems installed at facility, district and provincial level.
