As a HIS specialist, Marcelino is tasked with providing technical support in aspects of projects related to implementation of standards, elaboration or implementation of national guidelines, training material; support to data analysis. Marcelino will take care mainly of the SIS-ROH project, Vital Statistic, SIS-H, training and capacity building, TMES, IEESS, data quality analysis and elaboration and any other high level SIS component of the projects.
