OBJECTIVE

The main objective of the provision of technical and help desk support after the installation of the infrastructure and implementation of the system in the selected health facilities is to ensure: 1) HF staff have technical support in the early post-implementation stages, 2) infrastructure and the system are being used and maintained over an agreed period of time, 3) system use and sustainability

APPROACH

  • Technical support at each HF during 2 months after the implementation
  • After initial technical support, help desk support and periodic on-demand site support
  • Maintenance activities as per requests during agreed period
