OBJECTIVE
The aim of the training packages is to provide all the processes and documentation pertaining to the training of users and administrators of the POC in all sites where the system will be deployed.
APPROACH
Training packages include the following processes:
- General and specific training objectives
- Identification of main participants of training process
- Trainer profiles definition
- Trainee profiles definition
- Motivation and change management
- Basic IT (software e hardware)
- Infrastructure Assembly, troubleshoot and maintenance,
- Patient and workflow (UCSF contribute to provide material and ToT)
- Norms, procedures and change management (UCSF contribute to provide material and ToT)
- POC software use for different users (receptionists, doctors, pharmacist, lab, administrator, NEP, director, etc.) (UCSF provide material and ToT)
- POC Administration, maintenance and troubleshooting (UCSF provide material and ToT)
Training materials and manuals:
- POC user and system administrator manuals
- POC infrastructure manual
- POC manual, POC workers’ profiles and requalification, change management, workflow, methods and procedures
- Job aids
- Tutorial videos
