International Development Research Centre (IDRC)

The IDRC is a Canadian Crown corporation, established in 1970, that works in close collaboration with researchers from the developing world in their search for the means to build healthier, more equitable and more prosperous societies. The IDRC works with researchers and innovators in such countries to find practical, long-term solutions to the social, economic, and environmental problems their societies face.
